COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States. International orders incur shipping fees. Once your order has been delivered to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that ROEN is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard Delivery: Please allow 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
- Express Delivery: Orders placed by 8:00 AM EST, Monday–Thursday, will arrive in 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For engagement rings, bespoke pieces, or additional services, please allow review the stated timelines per product.

- For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
- For made to order pieces, please allow 10 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Made to order pieces will typically ship the same day they are completed.
- Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
- During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
- Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipping to the United States, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are included in your final purchase price. You will not incur any additional fees upon delivery.
For all other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated costs prior to placing your order.
All international shipments include full insurance and require signature upon delivery.

- Orders valued $1000+ USD may require a signature upon delivery.
- Ready-to-shiip orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped out.
- If orders have been shipped out and a cancellation is requested, we will do our best to request a return to sender.
- If cancelled after 3 days of placing your order, made-to-order items will incur a $100 fee for cancellation which will be deducted from your refund.
