Once an order is placed, you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order.

After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

All ready-to-buy rings are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

However, we are here to make sure you're completely satisfied. We highly recommend that you contact us via text or call at +1 212 287 9126 to confirm the appropriate ring and diamond size prior to placing your order, so that we can ensure the best possible fit and satisfaction.

If your ring does not fit perfectly, ROEN will provide 1 complimentary seamless resizing. You can ship using your own, insured label or request a discounted one from ROEN.

Seamless resizes are best done within a half size, so we encourage you to do your best to be accurate.

1. Legally Binding Custom Work Contract

When you place an order for a Ready-to-Buy engagement ring, you enter into a legally binding custom work contract with ROEN. The purchase constitutes your commitment to the ring, and our commitment to crafting it specifically for you.

2. No Cancellations or Returns After 24 Hours

Due to the personalized nature of the product, orders for Ready-to-Buy engagement rings cannot be canceled or returned after 24 hours from the time of purchase. This is because production begins promptly, and the materials and craftsmanship required are specifically tailored to your unique specifications.

3. Final Sale

All Ready-to-Buy engagement rings are considered final sale after the 24-hour cancellation window. They are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

4. Order Confirmation and Approval

Before placing your order, we encourage you to carefully review all specifications, including diamond choice and ring size. For any questions, we are available to guide you in making the best decision. Once the 24-hour period has passed, your order will proceed to production without the possibility of alteration or cancellation.

5. No Exceptions

These terms apply to all Ready-to-Buy engagement rings, regardless of circumstances, including buyer’s remorse or changes in personal circumstances. Any attempt to cancel after the 24-hour window or dispute the payment will be countered with evidence of this binding agreement, including our communications and records of your purchase.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Made-to-Order Engagement Ring Policy, and you understand that your order is a final, non-refundable transaction.

You have 24 hours from purchasing to cancel your order. Rings immediately go into production after 24 hours, after that, cancellations & returns are not accepted.

ROEN stands behind the quality of our products and we guarantee repair of manufacturing defects for the entire lifespan of your engagement rings, wedding rings, and bespoke jewelry pieces.

If a product is damaged by the customer, a repair fee will be applied if it can be fixed. Examples of customer-inflicted damage include bent prongs or clasps, distorted metal, cracked diamonds, or other impact-related issues.

We also provide complimentary polishing and cleaning services for the lifetime of the product. You can drop off your items at our NYC office any time, or if you prefer to ship them for cleaning, please ensure they are sent with insured shipping.

We strongly recommend insuring your pieces, as we do not replace lost diamonds.

Your ROEN Limited Warranty does not cover, notably:

• Issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
• If your piece has been damaged from normal wear and tear we’ll assess and let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your repair service.
• defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident.
• pieces after they are repaired by another jeweler, we cannot warranty their work and your warranty is void. However, we can still help with future repairs.
• The loss of center stones or stones that are valued at $500 or more.
• Ring replacement if the entire ring is lost or stolen. 

Shipping:

• If you live in the Domestic US you are responsible for shipping to and from our store.
• You may use your own courier or purchase a prepaid label from our store which includes 100% insurance coverage for your items in the event the package is damaged, lost, or stolen. 
• If you are an international client you will be responsible for all shipping, and applicable duty or VAT taxes.
