By placing an order for a Ready-to-Buy engagement ring, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Legally Binding Custom Work Contract

When you place an order, you enter into a legally binding custom work contract with ROEN. This purchase signifies your commitment to the ring and our commitment to crafting it exclusively for you.

2. No Cancellations or Returns After 24 Hours

Due to the personalized nature of our rings, orders cannot be canceled or returned after 24 hours from the time of purchase. Production begins promptly, and each ring is crafted with materials and craftsmanship tailored to your unique specifications.

3. Final Sale

All Ready-to-Buy engagement rings are considered final sale after the 24-hour cancellation window. They are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

4. Order Confirmation and Approval

We encourage you to carefully review all specifications—including your diamond selection and ring size—before placing your order. If you have any questions, we are here to guide you. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order will proceed to production without the possibility of changes or cancellation.

5. No Exceptions
