Working with our design team, whether in person at our showroom or virtually from anywhere in the world, is truly an experience from start to finish. It's intimate and deeply personal — every consultation is a dialogue, not a transaction, and it allows you to shape a piece that carries real meaning, from the cut of the stone to the smallest architectural detail of the setting. This is where ROEN's craft lives most fully: in the back-and-forth, the sketches, the moment a concept becomes something you'll wear for a lifetime. Bespoke clients also gain access to our private inventory of rare diamonds and fine gemstones, sourced and reserved specifically for hand-selection.
Ordering Online
Many clients also love our signature designs and choose to order our master-crafted rings online — the same exceptional craftsmanship and top-tier diamonds, in a design already loved and refined. Online orders accommodate ring sizing but not further customization.
Pricing
Because custom and bespoke pieces involve dedicated design time, one-on-one sourcing, and often multiple rounds of revision, custom work is priced differently from our signature collection — it reflects the depth of craftsmanship, personalization, and access that goes into a piece made only for you.

For designs under $7,000, our online collection features refined pieces under crafted with utmost precision, care and artistry in New York City by our team of master jewelers.
SIGNATURE
Production takes 4-5 weeks from stone selection to delivery. If you love a design exactly as shown with no modifications, we can complete your piece in 4 weeks.
BESPOKE
Production takes 2-3 weeks once your design is finalized. The time spent selecting your stone and perfecting your design is entirely yours—most clients complete the full journey in 6-8 weeks from first consultation to ring in hand.
ROEN crafts luxury jewelry using both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds. Whatever their origins, diamonds possess an inherent hardness and exquisite beauty.
However, not all diamonds are created equal. Just as with mined diamonds, the quality of lab-grown diamonds varies depending on the growth process before cutting and polishing.
Lower quality growth often results in a gray or brown tint, not reflected on the diamond color scale, or internal cloudiness.
ROEN is committed to excellence at every step and we exclusively work with top-tier natural and lab rough diamonds to ensure impeccable final products.

ROEN specializes in sourcing exceptional natural gemstones and creating bespoke designs from concept to completion.
We accept select resetting projects for heirloom or family stones, as well as natural gemstones valued above $25,000. Our minimum for resetting projects is $10,000.
Lab-grown diamonds and stones that do not meet these criteria are not accepted.
