Section 6 - Payment & Fraud Protection

ROEN reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and may take legal action if necessary.
High-value orders may require additional identity verification to prevent fraud.
Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and import fees.

Section 7 - Shipping & Returns

ROEN is not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages once marked "Delivered" by the carrier.
High-value orders may require signature confirmation.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, and ROEN is not liable for customs-related fees or rejections.

Section 8 - User-Generated Content & Social Media Policy

By tagging "@roen.nyc" on social media, you grant ROEN permission to feature your content in marketing materials.
ROEN reserves the right to remove offensive or inappropriate content from its platforms.

Section 9 - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Section 10 - Jewelry Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend that customers purchase independent insurance coverage for high-value jewelry. ROEN is not liable for loss, theft, or damage after an order is marked "Delivered."
