Warranty & Service

ROEN promises to deliver your fine jewelry without any quality defects. We do our best to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Care team at hello@roen.nyc and we'll promptly rectify the issue for you.

At ROEN, we are confident in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and extend a complimentary 90-day limited warranty to all fine jewelry purchases made within the United States. This warranty safeguards against any quality defects resulting from manufacturing faults, including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chains.

Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.

After the 90-day warranty, repairs can be made on a case by case basis and will incur a fee.

Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of ROEN will void this warranty.

ROEN stands behind the quality of our products and we guarantee repair of manufacturing defects for the entire lifespan of your engagement rings, wedding rings, and bespoke jewelry pieces.

If a product is damaged by the customer, a repair fee will be applied if it can be fixed. Examples of customer-inflicted damage include bent prongs or clasps, distorted metal, cracked diamonds, or other impact-related issues.

We also provide complimentary polishing and cleaning services for the lifetime of the product. You can drop off your items at our NYC office any time, or if you prefer to ship them for cleaning, please ensure they are sent with insured shipping.

We strongly recommend insuring your pieces, as we do not replace lost diamonds.

Your ROEN Limited Warranty does not cover, notably:

  • Issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
  • If your piece has been damaged from normal wear and tear we’ll assess and let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your repair service.
  • defects and damages resulting from misuse or negligence, or from accident.
  • pieces after they are repaired by another jeweler, we cannot warranty their work and your warranty is void. However, we can still help with future repairs.
  • The loss of center stones or stones that are valued at $500 or more.
  • Ring replacement if the entire ring is lost or stolen. 

Shipping:

  • If you live in the Domestic US you are responsible for shipping to and from our store.
  • You may use your own courier or purchase a prepaid label from our store which includes 100% insurance coverage for your items in the event the package is damaged, lost, or stolen. 
  • If you are an international client you will be responsible for all shipping, and applicable duty or VAT taxes. 

Jeweler's Mutual Insurance

The Jewelers Mutual Insurance covers the replacement of your ring in the event it is ever lost or stolen. They also cover against damage to your ring, and loss or theft during worldwide travel. They do not cover cosmetic repairs like polishing or rhodium platings. The insurance is a yearly subscription service and can be started or stopped at anytime. Typically the cost is 1-2% of the appraised value per year. You can get a free quote for the insurance here.
