ROEN promises to deliver your fine jewelry without any quality defects. We do our best to ensure your pieces arrive in perfect condition. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please do not hesitate to contact our Client Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll promptly rectify the issue for you.
At ROEN, we are confident in the craftsmanship of our jewelry and extend a complimentary 90-day limited warranty to all fine jewelry purchases made within the United States. This warranty safeguards against any quality defects resulting from manufacturing faults, including loose diamonds or prongs, missing pavé stones, broken clasps and/or broken soft chains.
Our warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone outside of ROEN will void this warranty.
