Processing

For ready to ship pieces, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, plus shipping time.
For made to order pieces, please allow 10 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Made to order pieces will typically ship the same day they are completed.
Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day.
We do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
During peak and holiday seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.
Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for order processing time.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Shipping is complimentary for all ROEN orders in the United States.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information and your carrier information.

International orders are subject to destination country's shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees.
The recipient is responsible for all import fees, which will be collected upon delivery.
We ship to a concise list of countries outside the United States.
